You all have some good thoughts and good points and I appreciate you taking the time to respond.

I'm an old MT experience wise though, not that old chronologically.  I started in MT at an early and I've still got a good 20 years to go before I hit retirement age.  And unfortunately, I'm not independently wealthy, so staying with a company that can't give me enough work to survive just really isn't an option for me.

I was looking around through some of the old posts here and to be honest, they were just making me more confused.  Most companies just seem to have a real love or hate thing going on.

I realize that that what is a good company for me might not be a good company for the next MT, and vice versa.  So I was just hoping that maybe some of the more experienced MTs might be willing to step forward and recommend one of the better companies that I could follow up on.  Not that I disrespect the opinion of the newer MTs (not at all!).  I just wanted to start off by getting an opinion from some of the older MTs who've already been around the block a few times.
