What exactly is the issue with that platform? Is it clunky or does it have headers that are extremely time consuming? I've seen several MTs how post about a dislike for this platform and I'm curious as to what makes it so different. I currently use Bayscribe and ClinStar, and have used Chartscript in the past. How does this platform differ from those, if it's something that can easily be explained?
