It helps to feel less alone in this. It also helps to read the words of my fellow WMers and realize we're all pretty sharp cookies. Our posts are not travesties of English grammar, spelling, or punctuation! I may not presently be happy to work FOR Webmedx, but I am proud to work WITH the fine people I obviously do there.

I don't know if this helps any, but after seeing how many others felt slapped in the face by this latest, I finally worked up the nerve to recall all the other skills I've got that are marketable and apply for some local assistant positions. That would be about the best I could do right now, and not ideal, but any way I run the numbers, it would still be better for me and my family.

You obviously have talent and ability and HEART, so I don't think you will be down long. You don't feel compelled to point fingers and sneer 'victim' or 'whiner' or 'thumbsucker' and then have the massive nerve to complain about 'all the flames' on this board right now.

You have skills, you have value, and you have the courage to admit that you're not doing so hot right now. Thank you for that. I hope the good fortune you clearly deserve soon comes your way!
