That is why I clarified that it has bee
a few years since I worked for them.
Please see message in which I clarified what I was looking for..
Decent to me is less than $500 a month for family coverage and preferably with a copay that is reasonable and deductible between $500-$1000. I know of some companies that are charging families $1100-$1300 a month.. What's the point when you just work for insurance only. As far as PTO, I really do not care if it is anything spectacular.. maybe 10 days a year.. Hopefully that helps get me some good suggestions. Thanks again Busy MT
Glad you clarified that because - sm
I was going to say that if you produce around 2K lines a day on VR and if you make 3 cpl, then you are making a whopping 60 bucks! 7-11 pays better than that. So you must make more than that. Let's say 5 cpl. That would 100 bucks a day. So if you work 40 hours, you are making 2K a month. Perhaps you can live on that but I can't.
we have this clarified now, now we have to convince
clients and MTSOs to pay the same for VR and straight MTing.
The thing is that the VR software salesmen who sell the VR software, which is very expensive, have to give their prospective buyers an incentive so that they buy this expensive stuff: Their catch is the promise that MTs can do twice, even thrice in the same time and are going to be paid half, as they assumed it will beso easy to do.
This was all a misspeculation, it is as hard as straight MTing and takes almost the same time.
Solution: Pay for VR the same as for straight MTing.
I didn't say that it was. I specifically clarified that in parentheses. nm
