about enough of the way these companies treat folks. There are still those that hire ICs and don't bother them. If you get a good MT and don't bother them, pay them what they are worth, you won't have problems getting work done! Obviously the companies (the few) that still do this know this.
Why can't people understand this? Only thing I can figure is they must be real newbies that just don't get it. Anyone who works for IC status and has someone breathing down there neck and they pick up their own taxes is doing nothing more than pimping themselves out! Its not happening anymore. At 53 years old, I don't need it, don't want it and am not going to do it!!!!!!!!!!!!
