Thank you for this post.  I am starting with them today and I actually did what you suggested the other day and talked with Debbie about the things I was hearing.  I was very happy with the answers I received.  I am hoping for a long and happy employment with TT.  Maybe we will meet on thier yahoo group.  Again, thank you.
