I just wanted to add my thanks for this board.  I have been in the process of researching for another job and this board and the views on it have been extremely helpful.  I have not even begun to expolor all of the other various helps that you have here, but plan to as soon as I have the time.  I can see just from the quick run through that I have done that it is a wealth of information for us and the fact that it is provided free by you is a gift.  I personally thank you for that and pray that those who offend either realize it and straighten up or just simply leave.
