regarding difference between normal pregnancy and complications and C-sections; we wouldn't know the difference without your help. And how do you know what I or anyone else got paid during their own pregnancies? This wasn't even brought up in my post.

That seems like a fair arrangement PTO-wise. I have a job interview with them on Monday and that would have been the only thing holding me back from accepting an offer should one be made. Thanks again :)
