There is no good reason for them cutting my pay except they figure I will be making enough.......and they get to keep more.
I feel the same as you do. Every time I get good with a company, they pull some BS on me that affects the life of me and my child. It's criminal and lousy I believe. They are my skills and I have a ton of talent to offer. I will take them somewhere else and they can kiss my BUTT.
