...for such a well-written response to my post. This was brilliant: There is an obligation to the client and patient, not only to deliver this report (the one that you're transcribing), but also those that are waiting in the queue behind it. I had never thought of that before! All too often I try too hard and too long to fill in a blank. From now on, I am going to think about those other reports waiting to be done, admit to myself that I simply cannot fill in the blank, and move on. Also, when you mentioned an MT connecting the dots between the blank in the beginning of the report and the same word in the end...that is exactly what I was referring to when I said that any blanks left in the report when I reach the end will remain in the report and it will go to editing. Thank you again for a very thoughtful post. Can I work for you?
