Tell me about Medivox, please!

I'm already working as an IC for a small company and staying busy, but I got an offer from Medivox for slightly higher pay. It would be editing voice recognition reports. I am newer to the industry and have not done that before. How is it? Is it something a new grad should be considering? They say flexible hours, anyone know how flexible. I'm working w/ a toddler and one on the way so I have very irregular hours some days.
