I work for TTS as well. I have never had any problems whatsoever. As long as you show up to work your shift they leave you alone. When I have questions or need time off the response to my email has been prompt. About the only time the work gets low is on the holidays but that is with just about every company. Anyway I hope this helps. Am sorry to say but it seems that some are not going to be happy at any place they work!
