I have made over 1300 in less than 8 hours at TT. I have been with the same docs on the same account since October, which has a lot to do with it. The mumblers, and fast talkers all have personal normals in a folder on my desktop, so when I get them including the difficult ESL, I just pop the normals in which I made, and relisten and they are actually becoming the money makers for me. Then, the easier work goes fast, if I stay on myself by keeping track of how many reports I do or how many minutes. If I stay on myself for 2 hours at a time, small break, then 2 more hours, then lunch, and do the rest for the end of the day, it works just fine. It is when I am interrupted and I forget to keep on myself that I get less. I have not done more than 1350 several days straight yet, but that is a matter of my keeping at it, which gets better every day. I started getting better when I just promise myself not to worry, and only do the best I can. When I do the best I can by making those normals, using expanders, and keeping on task (power typing) in spurts, it works. Maybe you could try these things. If you get a lot of ESL and difficult dictator, you just have to hang in there for several months and make samples of your QA corrections put them in personal normal folders, and those docs will soon become your friends. The key is to keep at it, and keep on yourself without being too hard on yourself either. Good luck.
