Transcend has good people, pay a fair rate. If you get put on MHHS acct run far and fast. With 5 years acute care I had trouble making 50 lines per hour...Rough Rough account, 98% ESL in TX.

Do you have a Transnet pedal or do you have a different one?
I have an Infinity pedal but it has a USB port ... they tell me it might work but I cannot find where to buy a Transnet pedal.
Any help would be appreciated.
Former MDI-FL now TRCR
In answer to your questions - I have been with MDI now TRCR since 1997, First let me say - Sue, Liz and Debbie are the absolute BEST people to work with. You could not ask for anyone better...having met Larry Gerdes and working for TRCR now - the same goes for him and TRCR. I have worked for several other services and this is by far the best. The benefits are excellent and the people you work with are as well.
1) My cpl did not change - the only thing thrown in the mix was the VR - and of course, paid less for that...but the program has improved so much recently - you can do very well with it.
2) Yes we had a set schedule to provide adequate coverage for the accounts - that does not mean that they were not flexible, it just isn't a free for all.
3) Yes, we worked on the same accounts we had and were gradually integrated with other accounts - which, I for one totally enjoyed.
I would give them a chance. Change is good. This is a great place to work.
long time TRCR
It kind of makes me wonder how such a good, caring organization (tongue firmly planted in cheek here) as MDI could have sold us up the river to someone to is apparently heartless, at least in certain regions. Kind of makes you wonder what is going to be......
