I thought I had read earlier that 7/13 was THE date, which was the reason I waited until tonight to post.  Will keep checking back to see if you post an update.   I want to apply to Keystrokes soon, but need to make sure I can afford the coverage and find out how long it takes for coverage to start.  The thought of being uninsured terrifies me and the cost of my COBRA now is awful! Thanks again.
