It has its good and its bad points.
Standard pay, not great and not bad. Overrun with work for a while, but seem to have caught up really fast, which is scary because one always becomes afraid that maybe they've overhired now. Problems a while back with running out of work, and now afraid that might happen again.
However, they do seem to be growing and adding new accounts all the time.
Used to be better about not expecting strict schedules, but seem to be cracking down hard on that, too.
Owner is nice, and most of the supervisors seem friendly enough, although not always the best communication.
Platform is okay, but server is down every once in a while.
Pay, however, is ALWAYS on time, never a problem with that at all.
All in all a good place with great accounts. I'd recommend them to a friend, but not with any kind of "THE BEST COMPANY YOU'LL EVER FIND" label.
