About TAIB
Not sure what you were looking for in terms of pay; I think they are about the industry average. But what you GET: A company that treats you fairly, gives you consistent feedback and whatever support you need to get used to your account in terms of samples and such, a company that has set rules and actually administers them consistently and fairly, a company that leaves you alone to do your work. Working with TAIB has been one of my better decisions! YMMV of course.
