You start earning PTO immediately and can use it after 1 year. You get paid 4 cents more per line on holidays, but you do not get paid if you don't work them. You are eligible for insurance after 90 days, and it is through Unicare, but I don't know anything about the deductible since I don't use it as I get my insurance through my husband's job. It is an excellent company to work for, and I love it there. Hope this helps!
