St. Louis MQ

In Reply to: How is the MQ St. Louis office to work for? - Was offered a position. nm
I would think the fact that they go through office staff rather quickly (who were some pretty good people) would be a red flag! Also, wondering about the "new" nationalization policy MQ is implementing. Hmmmmmmm!

Just a bit of advice, Would Like To Know, the person signing herself $$$ is a bag of hot air who thinks she knows everything. In truth, she cannot a hold a job and her coworkers all complain about her.
Don't listen to anything she says.
St. Louis office
I work for the St. Louis office. They are very flexible but I hate the DQS platform. The old one was much better. I stay with a national because you can work anywhere in the country without being tied down, but when I say I am a slave, that's what I feel like. All I ever do is work to try to get my lines-- I don't have a life any more. I don't spend money foolishly--I am just trying to survive. This MT business has really gone down the toilet ever since the "being paid by production only" and the sweatshop mentality began.
St. Louis Hospital
Can you tell me which hospital this was in St. Louis, as I am in the STL area and looking for employment with a hospital.
TIA!
Hospital in St. Louis
It was Children's Hospital in St. Louis. I believe the person in charge of transcription is Cathy White or something like that, but I do know her name is Cathy. I loved it there. Do not apply for any radiology positions at BJH because they have the most outdated equipment I had ever seen and their transcriptionists all looked like they had been through the wringer and haggard. The supervisors were very odd. Two of my friends interviewed for the job and they thought the same thing.
St. Louis Hospital
Hay! Thanks a lot for the info. I will be visiting their website for a possible opening. I figured something was not right regarding the BJC ad for radiology transcriptionists, as they are always running that ad!
Again, Thanks for the info!
