Spiru-Tein

Product is Spiru-Tein by Nature's Plus, soy protein - can easily find and buy on-line. Tried it for a while, did lose some weight, hoped it would help my low blood sugar but really didn't. . Used to add fresh/frozen fruit to it to make it taste better, some don't - but they have lots of flavors, even Cookies & Cream, which I didn't think was bad.

Spiru-Tein & Isagenix
I would put a whole banana in some of the flavors, which helped, didn't think of doing juices, but usually stay away from those anyway, they usually make my sugars drop quickly. . Just started a new brand - Isagenix (www.isagenix.com - and became a rep also to build a side business slowly) along with their 30-day program, I need more of the energy/blood sugar control, losing 10 pounds would be the bonus. If anyone has feedback on that problem would love to hear it. P.S. Are we on wrong board to discuss this?
