I've got no clue what you're referring to.
If you're referring to the email that I think you're referring to, I *THINK* what they meant by no flexing or only minimal flexing was because all of the accounts are so jammed with work, so they don't want MTs blowing off their shifts and 'making up' their time later in the pay period. I don't know about your account, but on my account, half the time the PM people don't appear to show up on a regular basis and instead 'flex' their hours.
While it kind of bothers me to be the 'lone ranger' on my shift sometimes (we are employees and have schedules yet some MTs seem to treat it as an IC position), most of the time I look on it as more work for me.
Anyway, if that isn't what you were referring to, enlighten me because maybe I missed an email somewhere along the line.
