Some can, some can't

In house you have the same dictators all the time, you get used to their habits and patterns and that's your comfort zone. At home working for MTSO's you'll get work from a large pool, many will be ESL or difficult in other ways. One of my hourly-paid former coworkers tried it and could not hack the variety of styles and accents she came across, and she's fairly slow, so hourly paid her better. I'm OK with the variety and I can make more working at home being paid production, because I'm fairly fast. That's the bottom line, as far as I've been able to tell, whether you can keep pushing out of your comfort zone or not.
