it is ethically okay for a company to conceal these issues on changing line count methods and the way we are paid for our hard work? Just want companies to try to at least be honest and after being in this business for over 18 years, finding honesty and ethics on pretty shaky ground with most companies. Seems greed has definitely replaced ethics and fairness to employees.
