You might be one of us. You might be an MT. However, I suspect that you are not an MT, but an MTSO owner or boss of some sort. At any rate, it is people with your attitude who have brought this industry down, and allowed it to abuse MTs, mostly women. Just because we are invisible and working from home does not give an MTSO the right to treat us like part of the equipment. Like another poster wrote, it is a shame that MTs cannot all stick together and require better treatment, making it not an viable option for MTSOs and facilities to take $$$ and benefits away from MTs in order to pad their own pockets, while still remaining in business.
