My name is Jeff McNeese and I am the Vice President of the Operations Division for DTS America, Inc. First, let me express my sincerest apologizes for anyone in our organization that is experiencing difficulty with either getting enough work or getting proper communication and support. I would be very interested to work with any of our team members to help resolve any and all of these issues.
If any of our DTS team members would like me to assist in resolving their needs, please feel free to contact me at any of my information which will be listed below or you can take advantage of our new You Said...We Listened program by emailing your concerns to yourvoice@dtsam.com. Please rest assured that any issues you are experiencing are issues that can be resolved and I will be glad to ensure that.
Also, just as a point of clarification in this series of posts. DTS America is 100% domestically owned and if any of our employees would like more information on the ownership and structure of our organization we are more than glad to share this information.
It is good that professionals have a forum like this to share and learn from each other. I would also encourage any of our team members to feel very comfortable contacting me and taking confidence that I can assist you.
