This kind of faulty reasoning sends people to the edge of bankruptcy. MTs perform their work in a timely fashion and should be paid in a timely way. Why should they be subsidizing the MTSO by waiting? They are not investors in the company after all. Once again, I say to people: Don't enable bad behavior on the part of MTSOs! You deserve the kind of treatment you will accept.

Way too much effort and totally not worth it. They need to go by THEIR line count tool. I am tired of looking for this doctor on that schedule and this tech on that schedule and which template goes with which doctor and which work type. All of the templates are crap.....bowel sounds are normal active. They are all full of mistakes and need to be extensively edited. I am sick of dealing with their idiot INDIAN employess....completely ridiculous. Give me a fricken break. You can so have them....ENJOY!!!

Shannon may have tried to help, but her knowledge
was too limited. The only one I can rely on for help or a half way honest answer is Terri in the office, but I do not know if she is a teamleader or not.
Shannon T. is the trainer there
who trained me and another MT. Neither one of us worked there long; we had the same supervisor, GH. If you go with Milner and have Shannon as your supervisor, you might like working there. Shannon seemed like she'd be a good supervisor. She certainly was an excellent trainer.
I'm sure you are right, Shannon. I don't usually post, but
I am finally getting tired of the bashing Cardioscribes has been taking. I can't understand why people come to the board and just complain, complain, complain. You know, if it is that bad, find something else. Their complaints would be better addressed if they took them to Tonya or their team lead. Bringing them to this board really serves no purpose. Anyway, I am not going to worry about everyone else. I am truly happy at Cardioscribes. My advice to the unhappy is this...take your problems to someone who can try to resolve them or find another job. It has been my experience that Cardioscribes pays well and on time. I cannot speak to anyone else's experience.
