Do they only hire employees, or IC's also:  What platform do they use:  Are they a good company to work for?

but there seems to be no new information since 2007.  Their benefit package looks good, but I was wondering about the basic things, pay on time, what type of platform, etc.  Any information would be apperciated.

Medscript Transcription Service, out of Watertown or Oconomowoc - has anyone worked there,  any info good or bad to share?

Mediscript and Medscript out of Texas and/or Florida are different companies and not what I'm looking for.   Thanks. 

I'm looking for QA information on this company--what is it like, do you know anyone who works for them, etc.? Bascially any information would be helpful.

"Bad news!" and nothing else.  That doesn't tell me or anyone else anything useful.  I don't care if someone says "bad news!" but could they please back it up with some real info?  Preferably first-hand experiences would be nice, thank you.

Does anyone out there have any info about Mediscript?  I know they pay by the gross line, but how much?  Do they offer direct deposit?  When are the pay days?  How's the platform?  Any info appreciated.  I'd like to gather some information first before I take any tests or talk to them so I can determine if it's worth going through all that for a job that might not be a fit for me.

you won't find much good about them.  

good about them.  They switch you from account to account. They have had management problems for many years.  Their line counting is difficult to figure out and they dock you for lots of things.  They also offshore and are currently training women in Trinidad and somewhere else so you know what that means.   Some of their accounts are teaching hospital and I worked on one of them and the dictation quality was horrendous.  If you're a newbie I doubt they'd put you on it though. 

There are worse companies out there, but I still wouldn't recommend TRS. 

I know they are hiring so I am just trying to gather some information before applying.

It does work around MS word...using your copy of word on your machine,..so you have to have your own spellcheck and Expander or have autocorrect set up
