They sent me an e-mail in response to my resume posted here.  It didn't really say much but the person's name was an ethnic name.  I know that doesn't necessarily mean anything. 

In the e-mail was an attachment for pre-employment screening - when can you start, how many lines, etc.   From the wording of the attachment this is not a U.S. company.   When going to their website it doesn't mention anything about how long they have been in business, the names of management, etc.  

I didn't spend much time on the website, but what I saw didn't mention anything about a foreign connection. 

I searched the boards here and only found 2 posts where someone was asking about them and no one had responded, so I thought I would add my observations.

The e-mail didn't mention anything specific, they have clinic and hospital accounts, but didn't mention type of equipment, platform, lines required, or a pay scale. 

I did not respond to their e-mail. 

Has anyone ever worked for Millennium Business Solutions (MBS)?

Has anything changed in 9 months? Particular worries are the invoice/pay time; one post mentioned 2 to 3 week wait and another post stated 1 week. Info from the company states pay is sent out 10 days after the last day of the billing period, but we all know what is said and what is done isn't always the same. Another concern is the platform; some mentioned it was slow and cumbersome. They have 2 platforms from what I can gather.. Are they both slow? It seemed like certain specialties were done on certain platforms, or at least that is what I got out of the archives. I really hate to jump from the frying pan to the fire so any info would be VERY much appreciated.. the good, bad, and the ugly! TIA!!

Would anyone with knowledge about this company, please post what their platform MDinTouch is like.  How are they to work for, good and bad.  Anything you would like to share would be appreciated.  Thanks.

WARNING - STAY AWAY FROM MORGAN BUSINESS SERVICES.  Worked for them for six months.  This is a very small, family-owned company; they also hire their family members' friends.  I got my hand caught in a car door, was worried about it, so next day, took time off to go to doctor's and get my hand checked.  The woman who owns the business questioned whether there was something wrong with my fingers and said I shouldn't have taken time off to go go the doctor and that I was lying.     Then, all the family members and friends of the family members who got hired basically turned against me.  It was awful having to work there after that, so I quit a month or so after the incident.  Years later, I got word from someone who also used to work there that had to beg for a raise. 

Wherever they advertise, DON'T WORK THERE!!!!!

I don't remember anything specifically negative about them.  Just that the pay was kind of low and I didn't stay long because of that.  The work was okay.  Mostly local accounts from the Louisville area.

Sorry, the older I get, the shorter my memory.  I can barely remember yesterday! 

Does anyone have any experience with this company?  They are in Illinois.

They had a post on MT stars and MT jobs a couple of weeks ago.  I sent a resume' but never heard back.  I followed up the resume with an e-mail inquiring if they were still hiring, but again never heard anything.  I have been transcribing for 15+ years, but have not done too much moving around from company to company.  Is this the way most companies operate?  How much time does it take to respond to an e-mail (and yes even if you get a hundred) and advise whether or not they are still hiring.  I am a little disappointed.  I have experience with the platform they are using and the type of account they were hiring for.  Any feedback would be appreciated.
