Constantly day in and day out bombarded with e-mails and/or phone calls because of critical status. Tired of it. Besides like you said, don't mind working 40 hours, but beyond that is overtime as a employee and no shift differential for the overtime. Breath of fresh air not to have those annoying e-mails and phone calls. Don't miss them at all. If I want overtime work I would ask for it and occasionally don't mind helping out but this was day in day out and almost every weekend too. Some people want a life after work.
