I also have had to pick up a PT job, even had to refinance the mortgate. I agree they do overhire, especially on new accounts. Once you get used to the dictators and everyone picks up speed, you're left with no work. Also have been told hospitals charge fines for work out of TAT so the account needs to be kept up at all times, resulting in no backlog and constantly running out of work.
