I started a new job going from DQS to EXText, worried for the first 3 weeks or so but then really got used to it and actually INCREASED my lph rate by 100 from what I used to do with DQS. It just takes time to unlearn the old and learn the new. Pretty soon the functions become automatic and you don't have to think about them anymore. I probably would be all thumbs on DQS now after 4 months without it. But the relief of ditching MQ??? That I have not yet forgotten, it still feels as good as the first day I left!!!!!!
