It is legal for them to all of those things because he is already employed by them. Just line airline pilots having to have a physical every six months. But it is the companies that ask and want these things before an offer that are asking to get sued.

I know several companies where it is indeed possible to make 50K a year and without killing one's self. And yes, those companies are highly selective, but they do exist and several of us work for them. I only say this so others will not think it is impossible. You have to not give up.

I worked there 2 years before things started going downhill. You didn't even mention all the India outsourcing they started doing. I have moved on to MUCH greener pastures. Thankfully! Think twice before you go SGS girls!!
