Unfortunately, the things these past employees refer to are things you deal with in working for any company that outsources work. The medical transcription field alone is a risky business. As for the pay, my pay was messed up twice. Both times, I contacted payroll and it was rectified before the end of the day along with coverage for anything that may have gotten messed up if my pay was not in my bank account by a certain time. I don't know why there has to be so much drama about this. It's a job just like any other. You sign up to work. If you don't work, you get cut. And there are times when even if you bust your rump, you still get cut. It's a fact of life. I have found the people at SPi to be very helpful whenever I need anything. Who knows. I may lose my job tomorrow, but I'm not going to complain about it. I'll use that energy to find another one. And I'm not going to bad mouth the company because it won't be any one person's fault. It's not like SPi has had a personal vendetta with these people as they seem to thrive on when it comes to this company.
