I agree 100% with you. Let them send their work directly to these doctors/hospitals, and I bet they sure would not like the lack of expertise and lack of quality in their reports! I used to work for CyMed, before it became SPi, and was an MT at home. I saw the kind of junk from the overseas MTs that would come back and, believe me, it was disgusting to say the least! I saw this because you would once in a while have to look up a former document on a patient, and you immediately pulled up 1 of the most recent ones, and guess what, it was typed by the overseas MT with no formatting of medication names, and on and on. I was an MT, not for CyMed, for 6 years total, and now I am an Editor for a very good American company who definitely does NOT send the work overseas. They are very honest with all the employees and extremely nice folks!  I quit working for Cymed as soon as I found out that they sent MOST of their work overseas for them to screw up.
