I was terminated via a conference call. I then received a termination notice to sign and send back.

SPi termination
I was not even notified I had been let go. My Chartnet account number stopped working. I found out through emailing them and a couple of phone calls that I had been let go. Apparently, I was supposed to be invited to a conference call but never got the message. The account manager I spoke to said that was probably a good thing, because the conference call got pretty nasty (imagine that). I did eventually receive a termination notice in the mail to sign and send back. I sent them a letter back with the termination notice stating my disgust with their policies. Never heard back. My advice is get out before they lower the boom. It's only a matter of time. I'm working IC now and am much happier.

I've never personally worked for Webmedx but I do know Jay Cannon personally; worked with him years ago at Medifax. I do not believe he would allow an otherwise good MT to be terminated for just 1 bad Q.A. I think there had to be more to the story than just one bad Q.A. score or else maybe a bad Q.A. supervisor or whatever the title of the terminating person might be. I wouldn't hesitate to call up Jay directly and ask him to explain if I was sure there were no other contributing factors.

Would one quality review slightly under 98% be normal grounds for termination, assuming no other problems?
