I know that SPI always gets ripped on this board but there are some positives to this company. The platform is one of the best. As far as problems with pay, in 2-1/2 years I have never had a problem with my pay not being accurate or with being paid on time direct deposit. I also think that their QA staff does an excellent job. Another positive is there is an abundance of work. Maybe because so many MTs have left?? The negatives are definitely not getting paid for spaces, though you do get headers and can negotiate a higher line rate to offset that. The company does seem more and more impersonal since SPI took over, and the account managers seem very stressed, so if you are looking for warm and fuzzy you will probably not get it there. On the other hand, if you are experienced and able to work with accuracy and independently, you can make a decent living at SPI. I keep hearing about all the people that have left, but I have not seen it as far as my team goes. I am not saying they are the best out there, but they are definitely not the worst.
