It apparently depends on what company you work for because I hear a lot of people saying they hate it, but truly I still LOVE it! I love having my own hours and being in control of how much money I make. I make really good money, more than I could make anywhere else. I work for 2 companies, one as an employee and one as an independent contractor, but both let me make my own hours, so it is good for me.
