WebmedX:  Mixed.

OSI:  Heard from past MTs that they felt there were cheated with line counts.  Seems they have lots of mandatory conference calls.

MDI:  Now using Bayscribe, an unfortunate platform that is not very good, but the company has had a stellar reputation the whole time I have been an MT (15+ years).

Keystrokes:  Personally had a bad experience with them.  The gal who trained me was disciplining her kid, baking brownies, cleaning for company AND trying to train me, which she did at break neck speed.  End result? I had not a clue and no one would answer my questions.  Their VR was not too hot, but I can't be certain about that because frankly, the voice files were poor.  I know lots of gals who love it there, however.
