SGS is horrible. They have terrible team leaders, terrible accounts and pick you to death with feedback. I was assigned to one team leader who was just wonderful, made me feel like a human being and bent over backward to help us MTs. Then she resigned in October or November from that position. I got stuck with someone I swear had never been an MT and was never available. They run out of work during your regular shift and then beg you to work when you are off. Very poorly managed company. No incentives, no bonuses, low pay. RUN AWAY!
