I worked for Spheris for 3 years, absolutely loved it!! Loved my account and my backup accounts. Never ran out of work (except holidays) and had plenty of OT. Made great money. They went to speech rec and their program is not user friendly at all. You do not get paid for a full line, it is like 0.67777777 of a line or some weird thing. I would not go there, I would keep looking. They do, however, have great samples, they have a help loop that is very helpful and a great tool. They give you online Stedman programs, a really nice shortcut tool, but since they created their own speech rec program it went downhill. They lost a lot of business last year and they off shore A LOT!! Go to their website and you can see their earnings, in the memo they said they were able to keep costs down by increasing their India operations, which means less for us. A lot of the jobs are giong there. I am at MQ myself right now and not loving it, but at least I have work, even if it is on 10 accounts! Sigh, I would look at a different company if I were you, just my opinion! Good luck.
