Because it affects my money that's why. No, I don't think a lot of some of my fellow coworkers, because I have witnessed how many of them blatantly cherry pick. The proof has been right there in black and white. Continuously ad nauseum. I've seen the same job thrown back by 4 and 5 different people. Yeah, it would be just peachy if the supervisor did monitor the cherry picking, but unless it was brought to their attention, nothing was ever done about it. Now, don't you have management duties to get back to?
