Take ice cubes, orange juice, pineapple juice, 1 scoop banana flavored Spiru-Tein, and 1/2 banana.  Mix in blender.  This tastes great and gives me energy.  You can't even taste the powder, it just tastes like a fruit smoothie.

Top 10 MT Company recipe for running off MT's

For any companies looking for a way to get rid of their MT's, here is a recipe sure to be effective.  Pick just two or more and it is certain to run them off:

  1. Do not pay them on time and make sure you have screwy line counts.

  2. Do not answer their questions and then reprimand them for making a mistake that they have been trying to get an answer to for a month.

  3. Frequently put them on work types that they have never done before and keep them away from the work they are experienced at.

  4. Keep them confused and on their toes by changing their accounts often, making sure that the styles, work types and physicians are very different for each account.    Part B:  Mix it up so they get multiple of the above in the same day.

  5. Act as if working at home is really not working and be surprised when they have a life outside of their job.   Part B:  Put a little salt in that wound and remind them that they can work while on vacation to make truly memorable fun for the whole family.

  6. Don't put a ceiling in your contracts for TAT.  That way, you do not have to work a formula for how many MT's to put on an account and then can throw 10 MT's on 100 minutes of work and be surprised when they do not have a paycheck higher than employees of the Dollar General Store.  Part B:  Then blame it on your employees and act as if this is their problem.

  7. After number 4 (above) bomb them with work and be surprised that they have scheduled other things or supplemental income to pass their time.

  8. Never rotate weekends.  Make sure they know that their weekend life is over forever.

  9. Bid your accounts so low to get new ones that they are not profitable, then take it out on your MT's.

  10. Make sure they work every Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Years, July 4 and Easter.  Part B:  Compensate them only a few dollars more when they do.

Additions, anyone?
