Thank you for telling it like it is. I was/am one of the people who resigned as soon as I learned that the merger involved offshoring to India. (I had another job within 24 hours.) I found the OP to be condescending and unkind in her insinuations. I know at least four MDI MTs who chose to go. Good luck to us. I know many other who chose to stay. Good luck to them, too. I believe in live and let live. If we can each follow our own conscience and not make insinuations about what others on this board really did or are going to do, I am betting that things will go much easier for all of us, whatever our choices. No one can know another's feelings or circumstances and no one (OP are you listening?) has the right to judge. I truly do wish all of those who choose to stay the best. If that is the best choice for them, far be it from me to criticize and I hope it works for them. I made the right choice for me and for my family needs, and I am happy with it. I really hope that on this board we can be more mature in dealing with each other. Some of these online fights remind me of some of the fights we are seeing in our government right now. People on both sides of the aisle--the political aisle AND the MDI aisle--are acting like three year olds. Couldn't we all just be a little kinder to each other, no matter what our personal points of view are?

Too there are so many negative people out there. You reap what you sow.
If you continue to be negative, that's all you'll get back. Try putting a positive spin on everything and you will see a change.
