I had to chase down the person I had contact with to even get employed by them for 3 months, and this was after they wanted to hire me. Then I get in their system, I get 3 jobs, and that's all the training anyone did or had time for. Their account specifics are a joke. Their platform is labor intensive and cumbersome. I had to use 3 different pieces of software just to type a report. You have to manually fill in every bit of the demos information (like date of report, time of report, dictator ID) that should prefill if the program was decent. You email someone to do your QA and the person I had didn't work on the weekends. I quit in like 3 days. Then, I get an email from the hiring person about my paperwork AFTER I quit. No communication between departments I guess. THEN, I get the wrong amount for the pay check which I told them about because I am an honest person and what happens? I get a new payheck for less than I am supposed to be paid. Now I am fighting to get the right pay, which, because they only do checks apparently at the end of each month, I more than likely will have to wait for again for another month. Its ridiculous. Its run like a chicken with its head cut off. I really am so much more grateful and in love with my company now. Trust me, there are much better, more adaptive, in the 21st Century companies out there. This is a joke unless you live for frustration and low line counts.
