Diskriter is totally unorganized. Everybody is in charge except the MTs. Everybody is so within themselves with power, that nothing is ever done right. Management really needs to take a big long look in the mirror and think about how great their management used to be and perhaps take a step back and try to regain that.

Been there myself -- worked for them and left.
