This company goes way beyond offshoring. They are a foreign-owned corporation with many branches. If you work for them, you will have good PTO and holidays.....that is the only good thing I can say. You will get up one day and be begged to work your shift because TAT is out, then in a few hours it is cleaned up and you have nothing. They will then threaten you with loss of the accounts, of course it is the American MT's fault if this should happen and then when you look into the typed reports you can see that they were typed by offshore. Their work is substandard, they get full American QA (retyped). The American MT is on her way out in that company, they will treat you miserably.
