They were very nice to work with. All of the editors I had were very helpful and fair. I only left b/c I needed full time with benefits. They hired me with little experience and I had a great great great account (I really appreciate it in retrospect). I can't comment on workflow b/c they no longer have the account I worked on & I just worked part time. Good luck!
