I've been w/JLG for about 6 weeks now and couldn't be happier; best move I ever made! Vianeta is very easy to learn and manage; sound quality is excellent; system hasn't 'crashed' once since I've been on. Paychecks are sent via FedEx and excepting for weekends, they arrive on the pay date (ie, 10th and 25th). Everyone has been friendly and professional. Go for it!!
