You say you have to relocate for training. Will you be working for someone that advertises on this board and requires in-house training? If so, I hope you looked into the company real well.
Other than that, you need to have an outlet from work. If you will be unable to do what you love because of your job, I think it's a no brainer. I would NOT take the job. I agree with the above poster, it is much better to work to live than the other way around.
