to deal with or would deal with an employer who just controls and manages your every move constantly, shooting out emails all the time about work, running the account out, and on it goes. I can hardly deal with this anymore. Sometimes there are 15 emails a day about work, this is a mass email to the account, and to be honest the work is never ever even close to being out of TAT. Not sure what to do but it is getting totally ridiculous and seems to be actually getting worse if that is possible. Would appreciate any input from other IC's. It may be time to move on or seriously reduce my hours because it is hard to deal with.
